Ron Bahrey

Ron’s experience spans over 3 decades, with activity in both the Greater Victoria and Mill Bay real estate markets since the early 1980s. As a Realtor for RE/MAX Camosun, Ron has worked on many development projects over the years, but he’s particularly enthusiastic about Mill Springs because of its beautiful location and sense of community. With a multitude of subdivisions, commercial buildings and residential property developments to his credit, Gerald’s influence as an industry leader reaches across the province. Today, Gerald balances an active portfolio of quality developments like Mill Springs alongside a healthy West Coast lifestyle of surfing, rock-climbing, sailing, skiing, cycling and kite boarding.

Fraser McColl

As co-developer of Mill Springs (alongside builder Gerald Hartwig), Fraser is a second-generation developer with over 20 years of experience with numerous construction projects across Vancouver Island and beyond. Notable past projects include Victoria’s Reef, Mosaic and Jigsaw buildings, as well as the Stonehaven Condominium project on the 18th fairway at Bear Mountain. Fraser is enjoying building a strong neighbourhood at Mill Springs that benefits from such easy access to the wonderful natural amenities of the area.
